I Made a $100k/Month SaaS App in 60 Days
With 1 simple marketing strategy
We built a $100,000/month SaaS app in just 60 days using one marketing strategy. So today, I’ll break it all down step by step so you can apply it to your own project.
Most SaaS stories gloss over the real work. This one doesn’t.

For my readers let’s get into it.
💡Step 1: Getting the Idea
As I was scrolling through twitter I kept seeing videos with the Stake Casino logos on the bottom of viral videos and they were everywhere.
Different creators, millions of views, all funneling attention back to one brand. After digging in, I found out Stake was running this through Discord. They would pay people $0.05 per 1,000 views for any video that included their logo.
That flipped a switch in my head.
What if you could build a view-based rewards system for creators and clippers?
Instead of flat-fee sponsorships, what if people only paid per view?
That’s how Content Rewards was born — a platform where creators post their content and set a reward rate (e.g., $1 per 1,000 views), and clippers get rewarded for reposting and generating attention.
✅ Step 2: Validating the Idea
Instead of a waitlist or fake landing page, we validated through real-world use.
I jumped into the Discord world of clipping agencies and found entire communities running on hacked-together bots, with millions in payouts. I observed that this was all done manually and paid in crypto. Clunky. Slow. Zero transparency.
But the demand? Massive.
So I spoke with creators, including people from MrBeast’s team. They confirmed this was very real and very valuable. At that point, I knew we didn’t need to invent demand we just productize the chaos already happening.
🛠 Step 3: Building the MVP
We needed two things:
A community platform to engage with clippers.
An MVP that could test the core mechanism: pay-per-task bounties.
So we used Whop: a platform that lets you build apps for creators to use inside their communities (anyone can do this with their public developer api)
We called it the Bounties App.
It was dead simple:
Creator sets a task (e.g., $1 per 1,000 views).
Clippers submit proof.
We manually verify the views and approve the payout.
It was rough. It was hacked together. But it worked.
👥 Step 4: Getting Our First Users
No SaaS can survive without early adopters and getting them takes hustle.
We partnered with Eddie Cumberbatch, who was already experimenting with clipping campaigns. Then we hit our network hard. DMs, referrals, cold outreach. We offered everything 100% free just to prove it worked.
Within 3 weeks:
We onboarded creators like TJR, who spent over $50K.
Big streamers and music artists joined.
We ran full campaigns manually with the MVP.
Results were strong. Clippers got paid. Creators got views. We had case studies.
That gave us the green light to go full throttle.
🚀 Step 5: Building the Real Product
With proof in hand, we built the polished version: Content Rewards.
Now:
Creators upload their content.
Set their budget and rate.
Clippers link accounts, post, and upload submissions.
We track views via API and Whop automates payouts in real-time.
No manual steps. No guesswork. Just clean performance-based distribution.
Built in just two weeks with the Whop team.
📣 Step 6: The Launch Strategy
This is where the marketing engine came in.
We didn’t just tweet about it. We launched it like a movie premiere.
Our strategy:
A viral product launch video.
A dedicated YouTube breakdown.
Paid short-form creators to post on launch day.
Launch-day ads on Instagram, YouTube, and Facebook.
Email blasts to creators.
A massive content blitz across all channels.
The idea: create a huge ripple by getting everyone talking on the same day.
It worked.
📈 Step 7: Use content rewards to promote content rewards
What better way to prove your product works than use it as your own marketing strategy
We started doing mass short form UGC with content rewards and in 60 days we got:
10,914 UGC videos posted
72 million views
700,000+ users
It was overwhelming but in a good way. Demand poured in fast and the whop app was processing millions in content reward payouts.
(I have a 30 minute training break down exactly how we did this - Click here to watch)
⚠️ Key Lessons
Productize a proven behavior. We didn’t invent a need. We cleaned up a messy system already working underground.
Validate in the wild. Real conversations beat fake landing pages.
Distribution is everything. We built on Whop to piggyback on existing communities and creators. 1 creator installing the app = 1,000s of users.
Build ugly first. Our MVP was barebones but fast, focused, and validated the core loop.
Launch like a movement. Don’t drip. Drop it loud and all at once.
🧠 Final Thoughts
We turned a Whop App into a $100K/month business in 60 days
And guess what.. You can too.
Whop apps are THE distribution hack that no one is talking about yet and they are easier to make than you think.
Soon I will be sharing how you can make your own but for now I’ll leave you with this..
If you are an app founder distribution is everything
Talk soon,
— Brett
